How it connects

Franzl uses the Home Assistant custom integration zodiac_iaqualink (installable via HACS). If your device is set up there, Franzl finds it automatically.

Setup

The pool heat pump is connected to the Zodiac cloud through the HACS integration zodiac_iaqualink: there's no official manufacturer API for it.

Requirements

Z400 iQ variant with Wi-Fi (a Z400 without "iQ" has no connection path)
Zodiac/Fluidra cloud account
Since power data is missing: a separate power meter is recommended
