How it connects
Franzl connects to the device directly and locally: via its IP address in your home network, no cloud detour.
Setup
The wallbox is controlled directly from the Franzl Gateway via Modbus TCP (locally). Before that, enable "HEMS activated" mode in the wallbox's web interface; without it, external control isn't possible.
Requirements
- "HEMS activated" mode enabled in the wallbox's web interface
- Wallbox on the same network as the Franzl Gateway (Modbus TCP, port 502)
- No other software may be connected via Modbus at the same time
