How it connects
Franzl reads this device through the Home Assistant integration v2c. If your device is already set up there, Franzl finds it automatically.
Setup
The connection runs through the Home Assistant integration v2c: locally via HTTP polling, with no cloud involved.
Requirements
- Turn off the "Dynamic Intensity Modulation" switch on the Trydan, otherwise the wallbox's own solar mode fights Franzl's control
