How it connects
Franzl uses the Home Assistant custom integration pail23/stiebel_eltron_isg_component (installable via HACS). If your device is set up there, Franzl finds it automatically.
Setup
Connected via Home Assistant's modbus integration on the ISG (Internet Service Gateway) of your integral unit, through the HACS integration stiebel_eltron_isg: it reads out heating, hot-water and ventilation values and exposes setpoints as well as fan levels (day/night) for control.
