How it connects
Franzl reads this device through the Home Assistant integration gree. If your device is already set up there, Franzl finds it automatically.
Setup
Franzl connects your air conditioner via the Home Assistant integration gree, which talks to the device directly and locally on the network. This also covers numerous rebrands with a Gree WiFi module, e.g. some Sinclair, Argo, and Innova models.
Requirements
- The air conditioner must be connected to WiFi once via the Gree+ app
