This device is integrated read-only: Franzl shows its measurements and includes them in the optimization, but does not actively control it.
How it connects
Franzl reads this device through the Home Assistant integration fronius. If your device is already set up there, Franzl finds it automatically.
Reading works right away. For active control, enter the device's IP address once in the Franzl app (“Make controllable” in the device detail).
Setup
Franzl reads your Ohmpilot via the Home Assistant integration fronius (local Solar API): consumed energy, power, and temperature become visible. Control is still handled by the Fronius inverter itself.
Requirements
- Enable "Solar API" in the inverter's web interface (GEN24, firmware ≥ 1.14.1)
