This device is integrated read-only: Franzl shows its measurements and includes them in the optimization, but does not actively control it.

How it connects

Franzl reads this device through the Home Assistant integration enphase_envoy. If your device is already set up there, Franzl finds it automatically.

Setup

Connection via the Home Assistant integration enphase_envoy, which talks locally to the Envoy gateway. Monitoring only: since Envoy firmware 8.2.4225 the control endpoints have been removed (control is now only available through the Enphase app).

Prerequisites

From Envoy firmware 7 onward: login via your Enlighten account (token valid for 1 year, renews automatically)
Two-factor authentication (MFA) on the Enlighten account is not supported
