How it connects

Franzl uses the Home Assistant custom integration easee (installable via HACS). If your device is set up there, Franzl finds it automatically.

Setup

Connection via the HACS integration easee to your Easee cloud account. Easee has no local control interface, so control runs exclusively through the cloud.

Prerequisites

Easee account credentials
Internet access for both the Franzl Gateway and the wallbox
