How it connects
Franzl connects to the device directly and locally: via its IP address in your home network, no cloud detour.
Setup
The Eve is preferably connected directly via Modbus TCP; alternatively it runs over OCPP against the Franzl Gateway's built-in OCPP server.
Prerequisites
- The paid "Active Load Balancing" license must be activated
- In the Alfen ACE configuration, set the data source to "Energy Management System"
